Disney is getting ready to re-theme Splash Mountain to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure on both coasts. However, that update isn’t going to happen until 2024. But don’t worry — there are other Princess and the Frog-themed attractions that will arrive sooner!
Disneyland announced a new restaurant, called Tiana’s Palace, that will come to the park. But right now we’re looking at a new gift shop that’s themed to the same story. At the D23 Expo, Disney announced that Eudora’s Chic Boutique will sell Princess and the Frog merchandise, as well as cooking supplies and Tiana’s own spices and sauces. This store is now OPEN in Disneyland — come with us to check it out!
The full name of the new shop is Eudora’s Chic Boutique featuring Tiana’s Gourmet Secrets. The story behind the shop is that it belongs to Tiana’s mother, Eudora, and that Tiana used the success of her restaurant to support surrounding neighborhoods and expand community-owned businesses. The store sells a line of merchandise featuring Tiana’s own spices and sauces.
Above the entrance to the shop, there’s a quote that reads “Blue Skies & Sunshine…Guaranteed!” This is from the song “Dig a Little Deeper” in Princess and the Frog.
The shop is pretty cozy, with just one main room that has shelves lining the walls…
…and some additional shelving in the middle.
The walls are covered in artwork that displays both Tiana’s life and scenes from New Orleans. Some pots and pans are hanging from the ceiling as well!
Above one of the shelves, you can see more pots, which look kind of like Tiana’s gumbo pot from the movie.
The lighting is a hodgepodge of different chandeliers, which adds a lot of color to the space.
But what’s on the shelves here, you may ask? Like the decor, the merchandise here is inspired by New Orleans and Princess and the Frog. We saw lots of items from the new Tiana collection that was released at the D23 Expo, but that wasn’t all that was available.
Matching the theme, there were several different cookbooks for sale…
…some kitchenware…
…and all kinds of dishes. One set of dishes included several items with the fleur-de-lis (a prominent symbol in New Orleans) as well as bowls with “Gumbo” written on the side.
This collection also had tea towels, measuring cups, and plates.
We found a large tote bag that had scenes of New Orleans printed on it…
…and a matching notebook as well.
Unfortunately, we didn’t see any of Tiana’s sauces and spices for sale, which Disney had said would be sold here. Maybe those will come later on!
If you want to peruse the new merchandise, you can head to Eudora’s Chic Boutique now! We don’t have an opening timeline for Tiana’s Palace, her restaurant that’s coming to Disneyland, just yet. And while Tiana’s Bayou Adventure isn’t set to open until 2024, we’ll be on the lookout for all the latest news to bring to you, so stay tuned to DFB.

Just looks like a high priced low stocked Crate & Barrel. Not impressed.

This can’t be what the store replacing the Splash Mountain store in WDW. We need a rustic country store to match. I really hope they don’t do this.
