Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month is in full swing at Disney World!
There are lots of ways you can celebrate in the parks including new snacks, PhotoPass photos, and more. If you find yourself heading into Disney Springs soon, check out the new Chef’s Special inspired by the month-long celebration at The Polite Pig!
The Polite Pig is now offering the Smoked Pork Tinga as their Chef’s Special to celebrate Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month.
This dish is made of fire-roasted tomatoes, chipotle peppers, poblano peppers, apple jicama slaw, and avocado lime crema with tortillas on the side. Yum!
While you’re in Disney Springs, check out the new coffee art you can get at Joffrey’s, try the delicious cheesy arepa at one of the area’s food trucks, and you’ve gotta swing by Gideon’s Bakehouse to try their new treats. As always, stay tuned to DFB for all the latest Disney food news!
