EPCOT is full of so many food and restaurant options that it’s practically impossible to narrow down your meal choices.

You can visit booths at EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival, stop by the new Connections Cafe for some fast casual food, or try one of EPCOT’s incredible restaurants in the World Showcase. And tucked away in The Land Pavilion is Sunshine Seasons, another fast food spot where you can get grab-and-go items as well as order wood-grilled entrees and plant-based eats. If you’re looking for something that isn’t your classic fried theme park food, we’ve got a recommendation for you!
We were hungry in EPCOT but we didn’t feel like another plate of chicken tenders, so we decided to order the Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken from Sunshine Seasons. We haven’t ordered this dish in a while so we were curious to find out if it was as good as it was the last time we tried it.

You can order the Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken from the grill area of Sunshine Seasons for $12.79, and it comes with black beans and yellow rice.

We got a huge portion of chicken and we’re happy to report that it was flavorful and tender and a great alternative to a fried meal. The rice was also cooked well but we did wish it had more spice. The beans had a great flavor and a nice kick.
Grilled Rotisserie Chicken
You honestly get a LOT of food with this dish and you could easily share it with someone else. You can request mashed potatoes instead of rice if that makes a difference to you!

If you’re looking for a healthier food option in EPCOT, this is it! There was nothing fried, lots of filling food, and everything was flavorful. It was a nice alternative to typical theme park food.
Chicken
If you’re in the mood to splurge on vacation, however, you might want to opt for more fun dishes by visiting EPCOT’S Food & Wine Festival, or you can also get the Pepperoni Pizza Roll from Sunshine Seasons! Like the chicken, it’s a HUGE portion size and it also comes with a side of pasta salad for $10.99.
Seriously, this thing is huge.
Sunshine Seasons is also home to plant-based options like the Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich for just $9.99. Not only can you stop by The Land Pavilion to rest in air conditioning, but you can also find several healthier food options!
