Did you know that Disney World chefs have been participating in an annual benefit for 8 YEARS??
The Edible Orlando Field to Feast Dinner is coming back for the eighth time, and Disney World chefs are giving back to the community through food. Ticket holders can enjoy local foods sourced by these chefs and there will also be wine, beer, and cocktail pairings by Master Sommelier George Miliotes (of Wine Bar George). Find out how YOU can participate right here!
The Edible Orlando Field to Feast Dinner is BACK and this year they will be donating 100% of the benefit proceeds to Kids’ Café Program of Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. The event will take place on November 5th from 2:30PM to 5:30PM at Long & Scott Farms in Mt. Dora, Florida.
The event will kick off at 2:30PM with a 30-minute reception with the chefs and sommeliers, followed by culinary stations from 3PM to 5:30PM. Each plate will feature wine pairings personally selected by Master Sommelier George Miliotes.
In addition to all the eats and drinks, there will also be a raffle, live music by Blender, tours of the farm in a hay wagon, and more! Fun fact: Long & Scott Farms is the only farm that still harvests Zellwood sweet corn.
This year the event will include chefs from the following Disney World restaurants:
- Cinderella’s Royal Table
- Tiffins
- Sanaa
- Citricos
- The Hollywood Brown Derby
- Flying Fish
- Amorette’s Patisserie
- Topolino’s Terrace — Flavors of the Riviera
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort Bakery
- EPCOT Festivals
- Global Catered Events
You can purchase your tickets from the Edible Orlando website now. Tickets cost $195 per person and you must be 21 and over to purchase. Note that the tickets for this event have sold out quickly in the past so don’t wait too long to place your order!
