If you’re headed to Disney World for a longer trip, you may need to grab some groceries for your hotel room.

While there are loads of delicious meals and snacks to eat in the parks and around Disney Springs, sometimes when it’s late and most restaurants are closed, it’s great to have some food in your hotel room. Or, if you’re looking to save money while on your trip, making sandwiches or buying snacks to bring into the parks instead of buying snacks can really bring down costs! If you’re looking to grab some groceries but don’t have a car to run your own errands, here’s a step-by-step guide to ordering Kroger grocery delivery to your Disney World hotel!
Now you may be thinking, “Wait. There aren’t any Kroger stores near Disney World.” And, you would be correct. However, Kroger recently built a huge distribution center in Central Florida, and it now delivers groceries throughout the Disney World area — just like you were ordering from a local Kroger store.
Step 1: Fill Your Cart Online
Download the Kroger app onto your phone, or use their website to fill your cart with the items you need. Be sure to look for coupons too!
Select your items!
Step 2: Request The Delivery And Add Your Notes
Make sure you’re shopping to have the groceries delivered to your Disney World hotel. We strongly recommend NOT giving the delivery person the room number you’re staying in, and instead putting in the notes for them to meet you in the lobby of your hotel or outside the building of your hotel room.

Step 3: Keep An Eye On Your Order!
If you’re meeting the delivery person, keep an eye on your order and be sure you know when they’re arriving and be available to answer any questions. If you’ll be away from your hotel, you can allow Kroger to deliver without you present and have it delivered to the front desk. However, this will cost you $6 (and that price can change), and we recommend you grabbing them sooner rather than later, especially if you have items that need to be refrigerated!

How late do they deliver
How far in advance do you recommend ordering? If we wait until the day we get there, will we be able to get same day or next day delivery?
Beware that if you have never had Kroger deliver to your home address, you will NOT be able to set up delivery while on vacation! We found this out ,unfortunately, the day before our trip started so had to scramble for alternatives. When I called their customer support, I was told that you had to have “an established account with at least one order delivered to your home address” before you can have an order delivered anywhere else. We don’t have Kroger in our home area so this was very disappointing.
