Price increases are hitting Disney World again, folks.
Watch out for those menu price increases
We just saw that prices are going up for private photo shoots, some Star Wars experiences, food, and more in Disney World. And now, prices are also going up for drinks around the parks.
We’ve noticed some price increases on things like bottled water in Disney World. The previous price for Dasani Bottled Water was $3.50, and now certain menus have it listed for $3.75. This change was spotted at places like Restaurantosaurus and Satu’li Canteen in Animal Kingdom, and Sleepy Hollow in Magic Kingdom, among others.

Another type of bottled water that has gone up in price is smartwater, which went from $5.50 to $5.75.

Bottled sodas have increased in price as well. Assorted Coca-Cola offerings went up from $3.99 to $4.29.
Bottled drinks
These price increases are also being seen for meals that come with drinks, like kids meals that come with the option of a small low-fat milk or a small Dasani bottled water. For example, the kids’ Cheeseburger Steamed Pod meal at Satu’li Canteen went up in price from $8.29 to $8.59. It’s unclear if this is due to the bottled water or unrelated.

Disney is pricing the typical family right out of a “magical experience”. We are vacation club members and usually go at least once a year. However, with the price increases for everything from food to Genie +, etc. it’s getting harder and harder to justify a WDW vacation. Could probably travel to Italy for what it would cost to visit Disney for 10 days!!
We just left WDW yesterday. A bottle of diet coke in the magic kingdom at one of the carts was $5.00!
That’s still cheap compared to Disneyland.. dasani bottled water has always been like $4.40 or $4.75(@galaxys edge).. don’t recall bottled sodas in Disneyland park area but our fountain sodas have been $4.60 sm and $5.30 lg or bottled soda $6.25(@galaxys edge). Kids meal range from $6.99-$9.99. average burger kids meal $7.99. bao bun burger kid meal $9.99. And also let’s talk about cheap coz I dunno what Disney was thinking but what gives with the huge price difference between WDW and Disneyland on the same item being sold at the parks: WDW Donald Candy Corn sipper $13.00… Disneyland Donald Candy Corn Sipper $19.79 WTH 🤬
Must have different prices for Disneyland. A month ago I was paying close to $6 for a bottle of water. Never did find a drinking fountain that worked. And it was around 100 degrees every day I was there. The weather drove up the demand. Nothing but Disney greed.
Greed greed that is what Disney empire is all about anymore. As the stock holder and Disney executive pockets line their pockets the average working person can no longer afford to take their family there. So disappointing, Walt Disney should be rolling over in his grave about this.
How much did Coca Cola raise their price to Disney? At .50 cents a bottle increase to the customer that’s 12.00 per case increase from Coca Cola to Disney.
I went to a cart at Disneyland last week and ordered a bottle of water. $9.75 please, was the reply. They only have the 32 oz size at about half their carts. The $4.00 bottles of water are only sold at Popcorn carts.
I’m a Disney adult and I know about their prices. But I was shocked that with all their bad press about prices, they would do something this arrogant and greedy. Just stoking the flames of bad press.
