If you’re going to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this holiday season in Disney World and you want to take your experience to the next level, get ready!
Tickets for this holiday party are already on sale and starting to sell out. Those who attend the party will get the chance to grab some special snacks, check out a unique parade and holiday-themed fireworks, and more. But if you want to really make your party experience special, you might want to book a fireworks dessert party package or dining reservation!
Dessert party and dining packages for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party are NOW available for bookings starting on November 8th!
If you’re wondering just what is available, here’s a quick breakdown.
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party
During the holiday party, specially-themed fireworks (called Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks) are shown. While you can watch these from various spots within the park, you could enjoy reserved seating for the show AND desserts at a special dessert party.
Tomorrowland Terrace Seating
If you want to eat those desserts and get reserved seating for the fireworks show from Tomorrowland Terrace, opt for the Tomorrowland Terrace option. This costs $114 (including tax) for guests ages 10 and up. It’s $69 (including tax) for kids ages 3-9.
It includes holiday-themed desserts, cheeses, fruits, and a variety of beverages (including signature lemonades, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and sparkling wine or non-alcoholic cider) and reserved viewing at Tomorrowland Terrace.
Plaza Garden Viewing
For a slightly cheaper experience, you can opt for the Plaza Garden Viewing version of this dessert party. With this option, you’ll still get to enjoy those same desserts, cheeses, fruits, etc. but, as the showtime gets closer you’ll then be escorted to the East Plaza Garden and you’ll watch the fireworks from there.
This version of the dessert party is priced at $99 (including tax) for those 10 and older and $59 for those 3-9. It is slightly cheaper, still gives you access to the same sweet treats, and can provide a more direct view of the front of the Castle since you’re in the garden (as opposed to up at Tomorrowland Terrace).
Dining Reservations
But wait…there’s MORE! If you’ll be at the Very Merry Christmas Party and are just looking to book a special table service meal to add some magic to your experience, Be Our Guest and Cinderella’s Royal Table will be open!
Keep in mind that Be Our Guest will offer a 3-course prix fixe menu for $67 (plus tax) per adult and $39 (plus tax) for children.
Reservations are available from 6PM to 9PM and are “strongly recommended.” Note that dining reservations for these 2 spots can be made up to 60 days in advance.
Things to Keep in Mind
Visit the Disney World website to check availability for these options and make reservations.
For both the dessert parties and the dining reservations, remember that you MUST have a ticket for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to attend these. These are separate events/reservations that you’ll make in addition to your party ticket purchase.
If you want to go to the holiday party this year, be sure to get your tickets soon. Tickets for the Halloween party sold out well in advance of the party’s last dates, and the holiday party tickets could similarly sell out soon.
