It’s officially the holiday season in Disney World, and there are all kinds of ways to celebrate.
You can check out Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, see the decorations in the parks, take a look at the merchandise, and more. One of the fun things to see on your holiday trip to Disney World are the gingerbread displays. The giant gingerbread house just went up in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and we’re checking out the treats that are sold out of it!
There are a ton of treats sold out of the giant gingerbread house, which is in the lobby of the Grand Floridian. Here’s a look at the full menu…
…and what all of the treats look like!
Here’s another view of the treats.
So. Many. Treats! 😋

We got a few of them to try out, starting with the Gingerbread Latte Whoopie Pie for $8.50.
This treat had a lovely gingerbread spice flavor! The cream in the middle really helped this dessert out, though, because otherwise we think it would be a bit dry.
The cream paired really well with the gingerbread to make this a great holiday snack!
Here’s another look!

Next, we got the Gingerbread Sweetheart Ornament for $13.
This was a much softer cookie than we thought it would be! Since it’s an ornament, we thought it would be super hard to keep up its structural integrity, but it was surprisingly soft in a good way!

The gingerbread is a really strong flavor in this cookie, so if you love that flavor, this is a good treat for you.
The sprinkles are chunky and the icing is just a basic vanilla, so those both add some more sweetness.
This is a really good treat if you like gingerbread and want something that will look pretty in a picture, but we’re not sure if it’s worth $13.
Finally, we grabbed this set of 4 Hot Cocoa Bombs for $20.
We tried out one of these hot cocoa bombs, but unfortunately we had to do it with hot water since we couldn’t get some hot milk.
It’s not very good using hot water, but we imagine it would be fantastic with hot milk, so we definitely recommend using milk for these!
It’s a really fun activity to do and makes it a little more exciting than just your regular hot chocolate.
Let’s take a look at how it worked out for us. It took a while for the hot chocolate bomb to dissolve, but we did see some marshmallows inside!

There is a really good chocolate flavor here, so it’s worth grabbing the set of 4 if you want something fun and festive to do with some friends or family members!

Just an FYI, most hot cocoa bombs tell you to place ‘bomb’ in the cup and then pour water/milk over top of it. It helps with the melting action. We like to use our Keurig for our cocoa bombs. 😉

I like the Keurig idea, April! I have a few cocoa bombs in the pantry that I was going to make this weekend and I’m going to try that!
