Well, the holiday season has officially arrived in Disney World, and that includes Disney Springs.
Holiday merchandise is HERE and we’ve already got details about how to meet Santa there! At the moment, though, Disney Springs is closing due to Tropical Storm Nicole, but before that, we visited to see what was new.
Disney Springs Food Updates
Amorette’s Patisserie
We had to try the Donald Duck Munchling Cake for $14, which is made with  vanilla chiffon cake, Japanese sponge roll, yuzu curd, yuzu chantilly, caramel ganache, blueberry jam, and jalapeño gel drizzled on Donald’s hat. Yes, the treat is spicy — like Donald.
Except it wasn’t THAT spicy, but we still think this treat would be fun for fans of Donald Duck.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
The new Everglazed donut has arrived. It’s the “Take 6” Donut and it is A LOT. It’s a chocolate-glazed donut topped with peanuts and pretzels and then drizzled with caramel and peanut butter. Yep, this one is a MUST for those who like sweet AND savory things!
You can get it now for $6.50

Sunshine Churros
Meanwhile, over at Sunshine Churros, we tried out the Strawberry Shortcake Churro. It’s a churro topped with strawberry sauce and covered in powdered sugar for $7.95. It might be a simple snack, but we loved it!
So be sure to check it out when you get a chance.

Gideon’s Bakehouse
We got to try TWO new offerings at Gideon’s Bakehouse. First up is the Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie for $6. It’s made with pumpkin, Gideon’s House pumpkin spice blend, a little bit of chocolate, and pumpkin butter crumbs. This cookie is FALL perfection, y’all.
We also got to try limited-edition Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake Slice for $9, which is made with  three layers of vanilla cake with chocolate chips surrounded by a pumpkin spice cream cheese buttercream — with butter crumbs on the outside.
Yeah, we liked the cake, too! This one was also a win!
Here’s our full review of both!
