I booked with Sunshine Flyer. We came in a terminal C. Did not know about the following
As per there web page: We do not pick up or drop off guests at terminal C, however there is a tram that takes guests from Terminal C to Terminals A/B where the Sunshine Flyer is located.
After collecting your baggage in Terminal C, level 6, take the escalator down to level 5 and then follow the walkway out of the terminal to AB Gates 1-129. Follow the Terminal AB signs to the Tram location in the train station building. When you exit the tram in Terminal A/B follow signs to the Terminal B side (directly to the left exiting the tram). The Sunshine Flyer podium is located at Terminal B, Level 1. Take the elevators at Terminal B to Level 1 and follow the signs on the poles along the interior walkway that will direct you to the end of the concourse to the right. Check in at the Sunshine Flyer podium located just outside at Ground Transportation by Bus Bays B3. For your convenience, you can use the QR code in the confirmation email once you arrive at the airport.
No signs on where to find Sunshine Flyer and no one there a terminal C knew what we were talking about. After getting our luggage and walking around to find Sunshine Flyer for about 1 hr. We found the bus to terminal a/b. And there was Sunshine Flyer!
I never had a ride like that, even going through red light, etc. WOW Needless to say we did not go back to the airport with Sunshine Flyer. We called and booked with Mears. They even dropped us off a Terminal C. No lugging our bags from a/b to Terminal C. Great Job Mears!
You might want to pay the extra money for better service.
