We’re BACK at one of the best events of the year in Disney World — the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays!
There is so much to see, do, eat, and drink at this festival, and we’re just getting started! We’re making our way to all of the holiday food booths, and now it’s time to see what they’re serving up over at American Holiday Table!
Menu
You’ll find traditional holiday foods typically served in the United States at American Holiday Table, and this year there’s one NEW item we’re excited to check out — the Blackened Catfish with Hoppin’ John and comeback sauce.
Not only that, but there’s the returning Slow-roasted Turkey with BEN’S ORIGINAL Stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce, plus a cookie, and several beers too!
Food
We’re pretty excited to check out the newest item on this menu — the Blackened Catfish with Hoppin’ John and comeback sauce for $6.50. As a bonus, this dish is gluten/wheat friendly!
MOVE OVER, all other EPCOT Festival dishes. Seriously, this may be one of the best foods we’ve ever eaten at any EPCOT festival — and we have been to A LOT of them. The catfish was super flaky and cooked perfectly, although it did have a fish flavor to it — but not in an overly fishy way. There was plenty of the blackening seasoning, which was SO GOOD and gave the catfish a nice kick.
The comeback sauce was like a cajun remoulade, and had a great tang that paired really well with the fish. We LOVED the hoppin’ john, the black eyed peas were tender and the greens and rice were well cooked. This is another light lunch option or a sharable snack and absolutely a Best of the Fest contender!

If you’re looking for traditional American holiday food, look no further than the Slow-roasted Turkey with BEN’S ORIGINAL Stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce for $6. We’ve loved this dish in the past because it packs all those delicious Thanksgiving flavors into one snack!
This dish really is a little bit of everything all at once — so if you’re a person who doesn’t like their foods to touch, you might want to skip it. It’s perfectly shareable or would even make a light lunch as you’re walking around the festival. It’s perfectly balanced with a little bit of each Thanksgiving favorite. If you’re looking for a comforting meal from the festival, this is it!

And to top it all off, you can get the Chocolate Crinkle Cookie here for $3 — it’s part of the Cookie Stroll, too! The Chocolate Crinkle Cookie is a favorite of ours year after year — and this was no exception! This is one of the BEST cookies we ate all day, and people kept stopping us to ask us where we got it. There are rich, cocoa flavors and we love the sweetness from the sugar on top.
Let’s find out what you can whet your whistle with at this booth!
Drinks
It’s beer on the menu over here, starting with the Gulf Stream Brewing Whiteout Sails Wit Beer, the 3 Daughters Eggnog White Porter, and the Playalinda Brewing Co. Peppermint Chocolate Porter which features an interesting combination of peppermint, chocolate, and beer.
Each beer is available in a 6oz pour for $5.50 or a 12oz pour for $9.50. You can also get a flight of all three beers for $10!
Overall
You should check out American Holiday Table if you’re looking for festival dishes that can double as light meals. Plus, seafood lovers will definitely want to try the blackened catfish — we would buy a whole other EPCOT ticket for this item. It was THAT good. This booth does only serve beer, so if you’re looking for a cocktail you won’t find it here which could be a drawback for some. We’re still loving American Holiday Table!
We’re checking out all the NEW and best returning eats at the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for more!
