REVIEW: NEW Mickey Beignets Released in Disney World

We’ve seen desserts all over the place, from delicious options at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to seasonal specialties at the Disney Resorts. There are so many places to find a snack this holiday season, and now we’re heading to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — French Quarter to try out another one!

Over at Scat Cat’s Club Cafe, you can find Peppermint Mickey-Shaped Beignets for $3.99 each!

Peppermint Mickey-Shaped Beignets

These are classic Mickey-shaped beignets topped with peppermint ganache and candy cane quins. So festive with the little sprinkles! If you’re a fan of the candy cane beignets that sometimes come around at Disneyland for the holidays, this might be the perfect treat for you.

They have a very strong peppermint flavor, and the chocolate sauce on top also had a peppermint taste, not just coming from the candies. So you’re definitely left feeling incredibly minty after this treat! If you’re hoping for some subtle mint, then this is not the treat for you.

Overall, it’s a really good holiday treat and a fun spin on a classic beignet. Plus, it’s Mickey-shaped! You still get that delicious, fluffy beignet underneath it all, but the strongest flavor is definitely peppermint.
