And now, we officially know when Destination D23 will take place in 2023!Â

Fans can learn exciting news about Disney park projects, learn behind-the-scenes info about upcoming films, and more. Disney just announced that the next Destination D23 will take place from September 8th to 10th, 2023!

The event will return to Disney’s Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World. At the last Destination D23 in 2021, we learned a whole bunch of news like the return of Walt Disney Studios lot tours, the opening timeline for Disneyland Paris’ Avengers Campus, the D23 Expo lineup, and more.

This is also where we learned that Connections Cafe and Eatery would be coming to EPCOT — so we’re expecting to hear some pretty exciting announcements at the 2023 Destination D23. You can check out ALL the announcements we learned here.

In addition to all the juicy news, there are usually several exhibits featuring Disney history and information like The Walt Disney Archives, Walt Disney Imagineering, and more. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Disney event without exclusive merchandise and shopping events!

So far, we know that the 2023 event will celebrate 100 years of The Walt Disney Company, and that “fans will be among the first to hear exciting announcements and see sneak peeks from the many world of Disney — and relive favorite memories with behind-the-scenes stories, special guests, and so much more at this epic event.”

How did parking for Destination D23 work in the past? Do they allow you to park at the contemporary if you have a ticket to the event? Is there a special bus from your Disney hotel if you’re staying on property? Trying to sort of make a general plan to attend this if we can get tickets. Thanks!
