James Cameron’s sequel to his epic first Avatar film is officially out, and the internet is abuzz with reviews and commentary about Way of Water.
The new movie is said to be visually spectacular, but it might be harder to sit through than you’re expecting: it has a run time of over 3 hours! That’s a long time to be sitting in a movie theater watching the same film. It may help you to have a few (well, probably more than a few) snacks on hand, and AMC Theatres knows just how to help.
AMC Theatres is giving their guests some extra goodies with their popcorn! For the premiere of Avatar: The Way of Water, AMC has released a special popcorn bowl and tumbler just for the film.
These two collectibles are both clear blue with shimmering sparkles to go with the theme of the movie. They also light up! The wavy popcorn bowl is something we imagine they might use in the futuristic world of Avatar. The tumbler also features images of Pandora, with both animals in flight and swimming in their waters.
The cup comes with a large drink and is priced at $19.99, while the bowl comes with a large popcorn and is $24.99. Both are available starting December 15th and will remain for as long as supplies last. If you’re planning to watch the new movie at an AMC theatre, be sure to check out these collectibles! They’re available at participating locations throughout the country.
