What’s your favorite Disney World park?
Whether it’s Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, or Animal Kingdom — we keep you updated on them all and more! Speaking of updates, we happened to find quite a few changes in one wild park on our last visit — so come check out what’s new at Animal Kingdom!
Animal Kingdom Food Updates
Satu’li Canteen
To celebrate the release of Avatar: The Way of Water, Disney has released some NEW eats at Satu’li Canteen! There’s the Ocean Moon Bowl, the Metkayina Mousse, and the Ilu Splash Margarita.
We thought the new eats were delicious, and something different to try the next time you might be in Animal Kingdom if you’re going soon!

Animal Kingdom General Updates
Tree of Life
Also part of the Avatar: The Way of Water celebrations was a NEW sequence in the Tree of Life Awakening show. You can catch some of it in the video below!

Dinosaur
The construction bushes are finally down in front of Dinosaur!
It looks like Disney took this opportunity to spruce up the fountain a bit. We’ll keep an eye on this spot for any more updates, so stay tuned.
Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates
Discovery Trading
2023 is right around the corner, and that means new merchandise is starting to hit the parks! We found this 2023 Mickey and Minnie Skyliner figure for $19.99…
…and we can’t get over how adorable this Fab 5 magnet is! It features Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy. Poor Pluto wasn’t invited to this gathering.
Give your home a bit of a makeover with this new Rajah rug!
It’s the roughly size of a standard bath mat and you can get it for $34.99.
Africa Hub Cart
Disney is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2023, and we’ve started to see more of that merchandise arrive in the parks as well. Get this Chip ‘n’ Dale pin for $14.99…
…and this Donald and Daisy pin is $14.99 as well!
A lot more 100th anniversary merchandise has landed the other Disney World parks — see it all here!

Windtraders
Over in Pandora, we stopped by Windtraders to see if there was anything new — and we found a couple Avatar plush toys, like this one for $22.99…
…and this blue one for $34.99.
But, the coolest souvenir you’ll find in this store is the CUSTOM Avatar you can create! A machine scans you, and then creates your very own Avatar figure you can take home. Each custom Avatar is $79.99! This has been around for a while, but it was closed due to the pandemic for a while and we love getting the chance to remind you it exists.
That’s all you missed from Animal Kingdom this time around — we’ll be on the lookout for more updates, so keep checking back for more.
