There’s some exciting EXCLUSIVE entertainment in Disney World…but some of it is about to become available for everyone!
During Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you can find special Christmas-themed fireworks, a unique stage show, and more offered just for those who pay the extra bucks to attend the event. But, there’s a secret way to experience that exclusive entertainment without having to pay extra — visiting Disney World later in the year! After that last Christmas party takes place on December 22nd, 2022, there will be some BIG changes in Disney World.
Starting December 23rd, 2022, you’ll be able to catch some of the entertainment that is usually exclusive to the party during regular park hours with your standard Magic Kingdom park ticket. We already shared some details about how you can catch the Christmas Parade during regular park hours on upcoming days, but now we’ve got more info.
Check out ALL of the Christmas entertainment (typically exclusive to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party) that you’ll find in Disney World soon.
Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration
Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration is a stage show that is traditionally exclusive to the holiday party. To watch it, visit the Cinderella Castle Stage. During the show, live dancers and performers will join Mickey & friends to get you in the holiday spirit.
The show will be available for ALL to see from December 23rd-31st. It is offered several times each day — typically at 6:15PM, 7:25PM, 8:45PM, and 10:15 PM.
On December 30th and 31st, those times shift slightly to 7:45PM, 9PM, and 10PM.Â
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade
As we mentioned above, the Christmastime Parade (again, another party-exclusive) will be available for everyone to see starting December 23rd. The parade will be available each day at 12PM and 3PM from December 23rd through December 31st.
During the parade, you’ll find Disney characters in their best holiday looks, the iconic Clarabelle Cow baking cookies, and much more!
See videos from the parade here!
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks
Another party exclusive, the Christmas-themed fireworks, will be available for all guests to enjoy starting December 23rd. The fireworks will be available at 8:15PM each night from December 23rd through December 29th.
During this show, you’ll watch fireworks while listening to festive music, and there are fun lights and projections on the Castle that’ll have you feeling merry and bright.
The fireworks then change to the New Year’s Eve themed Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks on December 30th and 31st. Enchantment will start being offered again on January 1st, 2023.
Note that until the change on the 23rd, the fireworks schedule is as follows:
- December 19th — Enchantment at 8:15PM
- December 20th — Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (party exclusive) at 10PM
- December 21st — Enchantment at 8:15PM
- December 22nd — Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (party exclusive) at 10PM
If you’ll be in Disney World during these upcoming weeks, you’ll likely have to brave some significant crowds, but seeing all of this exclusive entertainment without having to pay for a separate holiday party ticket can be a major plus.
