Disney World has been pretty busy lately preparing for 2023 with new Minnie Ears, new 2023 merchandise, and the upcoming New Year’s Eve celebrations! But, Magic Kingdom also gave us something NEW to try while waiting for that New Year’s Eve countdown.

We headed over to Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom to see our favorite out-of-this-world singer Sonny Eclipse and grab a bite to eat! Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe is home to your pretty typical theme park fare like burgers, chicken tenders, and fries, but today we’re trying the new Triple B Burger.

Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe

This new burger is made up of an Angus beef patty with bacon, cheddar spread, crispy onions, and Coca-Cola Cherry barbecue sauce on a brioche bun with a side of french fries. Coca-Cola Cherry on a burger?! We’re listening.

The Triple B Burger!

Overall, we thought the flavors were pretty good! The cherry barbecue sauce added a nice sweetness that balanced well with the savory bacon and cheese spread. But, we couldn’t really taste any of the Coca-Cola flavors — it was a solid sauce though. We also really enjoyed the texture and flavor that the crispy onions added even though they reminded us a bit of green bean casserole.

That’s a big burger!

While the hamburger itself was just okay (think your typical theme park burger), the additional flavors on the burger were really nice. One thing we did note was there was a subtle spice to the cheese spread that might be a bit too much for people who don’t enjoy spice.
