IMPORTANT UPDATE: TRON Lightcycle Run will open in Magic Kingdom on April 4, 2023.
Before its opening, Disney is holding Cast Member, DVC, and Annual Passholder previews, as well as a ticketed event for D23 Gold Members. However, Annual Passholder and Disney Vacation Club member previews, AND the D23 TRON events have all REACHED CAPACITY/SOLD OUT.
If you love to crack codes and solve mysteries, then this is THE post for you.
TRON Lightcycle Run (the new TRON coaster) is currently being built in Magic Kingdom and Disney has already shared that the ride will open in the Spring of 2023. We’ve seen big construction updates, lots of vehicle testing, and even music being tested. But recently Disney teased the TRON opening date by posting some TRON game rankings. And now another clue has been released!
Today, January 10th, Disney released a video on Instagram saying “Play again?” The video shows 2 lightcycles — one blue, one yellow — racing around a grid. Both lightcycles make the number 4. So could this be another clue to the TRON opening date?
But there are some other numbers on the top of the video that could be clues as well — 41996 and 51230. What do you think it all means?

This could tie into one of the lines of the previous video shared as well.

Again — remember that Disney has yet to confirm or officially announce the opening date for TRON Lightcycle Run, but we will be on the lookout for more details about that.
