If you love cheese, stop everything! We have a Festival booth that you MUST visit in EPCOT.
The 2023 Festival of the Arts has begun in EPCOT and will last through February 20th. There are a variety of booths you can visit while there, new food you can try, merchandise you can buy, and more. But for now, we’re taking you with us to the food booth within the France pavilion — L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise — so you can see just what it has to offer!
Menu
Over at L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise, there are mostly returning food items (including the AHMAZING cheese in a bread bowl), but we’ve also got a new eat and 2 new drinks.
So what are you waiting for? Let’s dive into this full booth review to see if it’s something YOU should check out.

Eats
We’ll kick things off with a returning favorite — the Crème de Brie en Petit Pain, which is Warm creamy brie in a house-made bread bowl. It’s priced at $9.75. It’s melted cheese in a bowl made of bread so….there’s not a lot to complain about here (unless you hate or are allergic to cheese)!
It has made our Best of the Fest List many times. Can you blame us? Look at that delicious cheesiness! If you love cheese, take our advice and get yourself one of these PRONTO, but note that the serving size is actually pretty small!

Next, we have another returning item, the Croissant à la Truffle Noir d’Hiver, which is a Black winter truffle croissant. It’s priced at $9.50.

This is a savory dish, so don’t go in expecting that traditional sweet croissant flavor. Instead, this one mostly tastes like truffles and warm bread, which can be a winning combination IF you love truffles. There is a lot of filling in there so just be aware of that!
Now it’s time to tackle a NEW dish. New to the booth this year is the Mille-Feuille de Betteraves aux Herbes et Noix de Cajoux. This is a Plant-based napoleon with beets, cashew-herb filling, pepper-pine nut sauce, and balsamic vinegar caviar. It’s priced at $12.75.
This is a very balsamic-heavy dish, and while our reporter who is not a plant-based eater is a big beets fan, they weren’t absolutely loving this dish. However, our other reporter who is a plant-based eater raved about this dish, so if you eat a plant-based diet, you should check it out!

And finally, the last dish is the returning Moelleux aux Noisettes et Chocolats Valrhona. This is a Molten chocolate and hazelnut cake with pure origin Valrhona chocolates and passion fruit-mango sauce. It’s priced at $9.
When we’ve had this in the past, it has been incredibly rich with a lovely molten center, but this year it actually had a bit of bitterness to it that cut through that sweetness!
That bitterness is thanks to the fruit sauce served with it, but it is heavy on the chocolate flavor so be prepared for that!
Drinks
When it comes to the drinks, we’ll start things off with the Frozen French Martini. This is a returning drink made of Grey Goose Vodka, vodka, chambord liqueur, pineapple, and blackberry. It’s priced at $15.
The drink is slightly sweet and wonderfully refreshing — a great pick during a hot Florida day!

Next up we have the returning Charles Lafitte, Brut Rosé Prestige, Méthode Traditionnelle Champenoise, French Rosé Sparkling Wine. It’s priced at $9.
Note that the photo below is of the Château La Gordonne, Vérité du Terroir, Côtes de Provence Rosé from 2021, but should give you a general idea of what a Rose Sparkling Wine is generally like.
Finally, we get to the NEW drinks! First up is the NEW Domaine Raphaël Sallet, Mâcon-Uchizy Les Maranches 2020, Chardonnay, Mâconnais, Burgundy. It is priced at $12.75.
This was extremely dry and steel-aged, so we suggest only getting it if you’re a fan of those two things!

And lastly we have the NEW Cîroc Sunset Citrus Vodka Spritz. This one is priced at $15.50.
This was very similar to a White Claw, but with a citrus flavor. Something of this quality compared to the others was quite strange, but if you’re a fan of White Claws and citrus flavors, you’ll likely find this enjoyable.
And that’s a full look at this booth!
OVERALL
Overall, there are some real winners at this booth and if something on the menu catches your eye, it’s worth a stop, but we definitely wouldn’t consider this booth a must-try!
