This has been a HUGE week for Disney World.
We got a ton of updates about TRON / Lightcycle Run, we got the full menu for Roundup Rodeo BBQ, the new restaurant coming to Toy Story Land, AND Splash Mountain closed forever to make way for a new attraction. We also saw some changes at Disney World restaurants, so let’s get to those!
EPCOT
Akershus Royal Banquet
There is a new item on the buffet at Akerhsus. First, you can get Corn Dog Nuggets, and yes, that makes us very happy.
That’s an item that will also be very kid-friendly.

Tiffins
At Tiffins, the Corn and Sweet Potato Soup has been removed from the menu.
Instead, the menu now lists Seasonal Soup.

Homecomin’
Some big menu changes happened at Homecomin’. Here’s what changed on the Brunch Menu:
- Bee Haven Bay Fried Green Tomatoes increased from $15 to $16
- Kids Menu French Toast now described as served with fresh fruit AND a choice of side and increased from $10 to $12
- Junior Farmer Plate now described as served with fresh fruit AND a choice of side and increased from $10 to $12
- Bradley’s Grits  increased from $6 to $7
- White Peach Sangria increased from $13 to $14
- Sweet Tea Shine increased from $14 to $15
- Princess Mimosa now described as coming with your choice of Florida orange juice, or blueberry, strawberry, or peach purees and  increased from $12 to $13
- ADDED: Key Lime Berry Parfait — Tangy key lime curd blended with vanilla yogurt and layered with fresh berries, crunchy pecan granola and our house made blueberry compote for $17
- ADDED: Aperol Spritz — La Marca Prosecco, Aperol and a dash of orange bitters, topped with Topo Chico sparkling mineral water and a slice of pink grapefruit for $14
- ADDED: Britton Peach Tea — Woodford Britton Barrel Select Bourbon, peach puree and Cointreau muddled with fresh peaches, our famous sweet tea and a dash of orange bitters for $13

- ADDED: Chopped BLT Salad — Double-chopped iceberg lettuce with fried green tomato, pecan-smoked bacon, blue cheese crumbles, heirloom tomato and red onion, tossed in blue cheese icebox dressing and drizzled with balsamic reduction for $18
- ADDED: Brunswick Stew — A savory tomato-based broth, slow-cooked with pulled pork, chicken, peas, corn, lima beans, and fresh herbs and artisanal toast on the side. Traditionally served every weekend across the South for $14
- ADDED: Britton’s Chicken Salad Sandwich — Britton Smith’s recipe with pulled chicken, celery, grapes, Duke’s Mayo and savory spices. Served with lettuce and tomato on artisan bread. Served with house-made barbecue chips drizzled with icebox dressing for $19
- ADDED: Skillet-fried Chicken Paillard — Art’s spin on piccata. Buttermilk-brined chicken is pounded thin, hand-breaded and skillet-fried, then topped with lemon butter, garlic and capers. Served with roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus for $28
- ADDED: Barbecue-glazed Pork Chop — Our signature blueberry barbecue sauce perfectly complements this thick-cut, chargrilled pork chop. Served with our sweet potato mash and Southern green beans for $37
- ADDED: St. Augustine Mahi-Mahi — Fresh caught mahi, grilled and drizzled with a lemon-garlic butter sauce, served with roasted potatoes, carrots, squash, and snap peas for Market Price

D-Luxe Burger
Some new shakes are now available at D-Luxe. First, there’s the Cake Gelato Shake made with Vanilla Gelato blended with Cupcake Syrup topped with Whipped Cream, Rainbow Sprinkles, and a Maraschino Cherry for $7.50.
Then there’s the Salted Caramel Gelato Shake made with Vanilla Gelato blended with Caramel Syrup and Hawaiian Black Sea Salt topped with Whipped Cream, Caramel Drizzle, and Hawaiian Black Sea Salt for $7.50.

The Edison
The dinner menu at The Edison has changed:
- ADDED: The Prodigious Burger — Our impressively large, sharable pretzel topped with coarse sea salt served with our signature beer cheese sauce and Dijon mustard for $15
- ADDED: Prohibition Chili — Impossible beef made from plants, black beans, pinto beans, onions, white cheddar for $15
- Chicken Flatbread now has Red Bell Peppers on it

- ADDED: The Edison Flat Iron Steak — tender marbled Certified Angus Beef (CAB), garlic-herb salt rub, blistered tomatoes, caramelized onions, truffle potato wedges for $38

- Chicken Sandwich is now High-Voltage Chicken Sandwich — fried chicken breast, sweet and spicy Korean gochujhang sauce, jalapeño lime crema, Kaiser roll, frisée, tomato, pickles, fries for $24
