Disney has some pretty great eats, that’s for sure.
We love trying all the new snacks and menu items that are introduced to the parks, and of course, keeping you updated on all our latest reviews. Sometimes Disney hosts some special events that could be once-in-a-lifetime experiences depending on where you live, your budget, etc., and one of those is coming up next month! You can head over to Takumi-Tei in EPCOT for an evening of fine dining, as they become the first Florida restaurant to feature IWA 5!
Takumi-Tei is a fine dining restaurant in EPCOT (the most expensive in the park!) that is inspired by Japan’s natural beauty. The restaurant has just announced that on February 13th, 2023, from 7PM to 10PM, you can join them for their IWA Pairing Dinner, where they will feature the innovative sake created by Richard Geoffroy, IWA 5.
The exclusive and intimate event will pair IWA 5 with the restaurant’s omakase dining experience. You’ll also get a chance to talk with M. Geoffroy about his life experiences in the culinary world — it’s an event food connoisseurs will not want to miss!
Here’s the catch: Tickets are $550 per guest, plus tax, gratuity is not included. That’s a very pricey meal, but it might be worth it to some folks if you’re a big fan of fine dining.
To book a reservation, email [email protected], or you can call 407-827-8504 for more details. We suggest booking sooner rather than later, and be sure to stay tuned to DFB for all the latest Disney food and event news!

It’s my favorite EPCOT restaurant. If Michelin rated WDW this restaurant would have a star.
Brandon says
There is no way that food is worth that much money. It may be good. But way over priced. Even by Disnry standards.
Ralph says
I was disappointed at $250 per person. I’m certainly not going to pay more than double and have more regrets. Service was impeccable, I’ll give them that but that wagyu was a huge disappointment.
The only two restaurants worth the splurge is California Grill and Le Cellier. Haven’t tried Albert and Victoria…yet
Kjpiroc says
Not for me…. Couldn’t enjoy one bite at that price
Tony says
I thought it was amazing. Didn’t do the sake, we loved the sea bass and every course. Service was impeccable.

Ralph,
Our Le Cellier experience was probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at a Disney restaurant. We ate there for the first time (and only time) back in November.
Food was mediocre, overpriced, and not worth the price. And the service was terrible.
