Ever stopped by the Milk Stand at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and thought “I wonder how they make this?”
Well, Star Wars fans, you’re in luck: We’ve got your answer! Check out the full recipe for Disney’s iconic Blue Milk here.
Blue Milk has been a staple of Disney’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge snack options since it was first offered. We recently ran across the easiest recipe for Disney’s Blue Milk and it will take you less than 10 minutes to make at home!
First things first, gather your supplies:
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened lite coconut milk
- 1-½ DOLE® Bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vegan blue food coloring
- 1 cup ice cubes
Important note: This is NOT an allergy-friendly recipe if you are allergic to Tree Nuts.
Directions
Combine all your ingredients — coconut milk, bananas, maple syrup, cinnamon, food coloring, and ice — into a blender. Be sure to cover while blending, and blend until the blue milk reaches a smooth consistency.
This was the recipe you were looking for! Hopefully it can be used to hold you over until your next visit to Galaxy’s Edge, where you can see how closely your own spin matches what Disney has available.
