Well, we made it through Valentine’s Day, but y’all, we ate a LOT of pink and red snacks. SO MANY.
Before you know it, we’ll be eating a lot of green food for St. Patrick’s Day (here are all the snacks from last year) and looking forward to some new restaurants (Cake Bake Shop, we are READY FOR YOU) to open at some point. In the meantime, we’re keeping an eye on Disney World restaurant menus and tracking changes, so let’s get on with some updates!
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Rix Sports Bar & Grill
There have been quite a few changes at Rix. Here’s how the Appetizers part of the menu is different:
- REMOVED: Nachos
- Rix Bone-In Wingers is now Rix Boneless Wings — Ten Wings tossed in your choice of Buffalo, Kickin Bourbon, Korean BBQ, Sweet & Sour Chili, or Garlic Parmesan served with celery and House Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing for $17
- REMOVED: Pork Potstickers, Fried Mozzarella, Sriracha Aioli Shrimp, Pulled Pork Sliders, and Spinach & Artichoke Dip
- ADDED: Fried Green Beans — Seasoned Battered Green Beans fried golden brown, served with Cajun Aioli and Korean dipping sauce for $13
- ADDED: Craft Beer Cheese Dip — Creamy blend of melted cheese and Amber Ale, Togarashi Spice, and Roasted Shishito Peppers, served with Pretzel Bites for $12
- ADDED: Grilled Cheese Sticks — Seared Cheese Sticks with Herb Chimichurri & Fresh Chives for $14
- ADDED: BBQ Rib Tips — Grilled Rib Tip served with House BBQ Sauce, Arugula Greens, dressed with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette, and Pickled Red Onions for $14
Here’s what changed under Soups and Salads
- REMOVED: Tomato Basil Soup, Buffalo Chicken Salad, and Tropical Fruit Salad
- ADDED: Soup du Jour — Fresh Seasonal Garnish for $10
- ADDED: Soup du Jour & Grilled Cheese — A cup of our Soup Du Jour served with Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Sourdough bread with a cup of our Soup du Jour for $16
- ADDED: Rix Wedge — Wedge of Bulb Lettuce, Crumbled Maytag Bleu Cheese, Chopped Bacon, Red Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Drizzled Balsamic Glaze, and Maytag Blue Cheese Dressing for $14 (option to add Grilled Shrimp is $7 and option to add Salmon is $9)
Here’s what changed under Signature Sandwiches & Favorites:
- REMOVED: Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Ale Battered Fish & Chips, French Dip Sandwich, Reuben Sandwich, and Shrimp Po’boy Sandwich
- ADDED: Rix Burger — Half Pound Burger topped with Swiss Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Black Garlic Aioli, Arugula on a toasted roll served with French Fries or choice of side for $18
- ADDED: The Cuban — Roasted Mojo Pork, Smoked Ham, Bread & Butter Pickles, Swiss Cheese, and Mojo Aioli on a toasted roll served with French Fries or choice of side for $17
- ADDED: Sausage & Peppers — Seared Kielbasa Sausage served with Grilled Onions and Peppers, topped with Spicy Ground Mustard on a toasted roll served with French Fries or choice of side for $16
- ADDED: Spiced Tuna — Seared Yellowfin Tuna, served with Avocado Wasabi Aioli, Sesame Soy Dressing and Pickled Vegetables for $19
- ADDED: Bourbon Salmon — Citrus Bourbon Salmon served with Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetable for $24
Sides have also changed:
- REMOVED: Fresh Broccoli with Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries, and Waffle Fries
- ADDED: French Fries for $5
- ADDED: Loaded Red Blish Mash Potatoes for $8
- ADDED: Seasonal Vegetable for $8
Desserts have also seen changes:
- REMOVED: Cotton Candy Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, and Hot Fudge Brownie
- ADDED; Bourbon Pecan Pie for $11
- ADDED: Berry Mascarpone Cake for $11
- ADDED: Seasonal Sherbet for $5

Kona Cafe
At Kona Cafe, the Surf and Turf Sushi Roll has replaced Chili-spiced Lobster with Lemon Ginger-Poached Shrimp.
That’s the only change here, though.

Intermission Food Court
A few things have been updated at Intermission Food Court:
- REMOVED: Apple Cereal Bar
- REMOVED: Vegetable Juice
- REMOVED: Half-Gallon 1% Milk and Half-Gallon Whole Milk
- REMOVED: Seagram’s Escapes Strawberry Daiquiri, Canella Peach Bellini, Cutwater White Rum, Blue Marble Bloody Mary, Malibu Strawberry Kiwi, and Smirnoff Ice

Trattoria al Forno
Trattoria al Forno saw the following changes to its Appetizers:
- ADDED: Charcuterie Board — Cured Meats, Pickled Garden Vegetables for $15
- REMOVED: Arancini Stazionale
