They finish off the festival with their Summer Solstice Menu, which runs from May 10th through July 5th. Each menu includes several main dishes and a dessert.

This is also a great spot to try out some of the festival’s many beverages, including a sparkling wine imported from France!

Hanami is the home of the famous frushi, a sweet take on the classic seafood cuisine.
Here you’ll also find other Japanese-inspired dishes, including classic sushi and udon noodles.
The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board
Skip the processed sugar and instead opt for nature’s sweetener with these items from the National Honey Board!
You can sample both sweet and savory options here, like their chicken and waffles as well as a honey-mascarpone cheesecake.
Jardin de Fiestas
Do you love cheese? Then this is the food booth for you! Their Taco Vampiro was a hit the last time we had it, and they also are introducing a new item, a quesadilla with a variety of tasty veggies.
You can wash it all down with one of their signature margaritas or a craft lager from Mexico.
La Isla Fresca
At La Isla Fresca you’ll find tropical drinks in both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties.
They also are bringing a new dish, braised oxtail with pigeon pea rice. We’re eager to try it!
Lotus House
Dumplings, wontons, and more make the Lotus House a popular choice during this festival.
They also have quite a few beverage options, including a Cherry Blossom Pilsner beer as well as the classic Bubble Milk Tea. New to the menu this year is a boba cocktail made with Smirnoff Vodka, Triple Sec, passion fruit, soda water, and white boba pearls.
Magnolia Terrace
Sample Cajun and Creole cuisine at Magnolia Terrace! They serve up New Orleans staples like muffuletta and gumbo as well as sweet treats like bananas foster bread pudding.
They have several beers on their menu, and if you can’t pick just one try out their flight!
Northern Bloom
In the Canada pavilion, you’ll find Northern Bloom, where many of the menu items feature sweet maple syrup.
This ingredient can be found in their chocolate maple whisky cake, popcorn shake, and even in one of the beers!
Pineapple Promenade
Pineapple Promenade is another Flower and Garden Staple. This is where you can enjoy a classic DOLE Whip, or try out their DOLE Whip and Fanta combo.
They even have DOLE Whip cocktails! If you’re hungry for something more substantial, try out their spicy hot dog that comes with pineapple chutney and plantain chips.
Primavera Kitchen
For fresh pasta, stop by Primavera Kitchen in the Italy Pavilion. This year they have two new items, including a new spin on the classic Caesar salad.
This is another spot for wine connoisseurs, as they offer an array of Italian wines in both the sparkling and non-sparkling varieties.

All of the items coming to the Refreshment Port this year are new, so be sure to stop by this location!
The menu includes a shrimp scampi poutine, waffle cones, and three new beverages.

This spot showcases Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors. If you love hummus, you need to stop by here for their hummus trio!
Their orange blossom-saffron cake is new this year, but all of their beverages are returning, including their pomegranate mimosa.
Trowel & Trellis Hosted by IMPOSSIBLE™ Foods
This plant-based booth is perfect for vegans and vegetarians as well as those willing to go outside of their comfort zone. Sponsored by IMPOSSIBLE Foods, you can try out their boneless IMPOSSIBLE Korean short rib and other dishes.
