The 2023 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival begins soon, bringing tons of eats and treats (including a bunch of NEW items) to Disney World. It turns out, you can’t visit this festival just one time!
We’ve already got the FULL MENUS for the food booths at this festival, and we’ve seen a sneak peek at the merchandise as well. In fact, the food booths and character topiaries are already popping up throughout EPCOT. But there’s one BIG reason why you’ll need to visit this EPCOT festival not once, not twice, but THREE times.
There are more than 15 Outdoor Kitchens (food booths) coming to EPCOT for the 2023 Flower & Garden Festival. One of the returning booths is the EPCOT Farmers Feast, which will be located near Test Track.
This food booth is unique because, instead of having one set menu for the whole festival like all the other booths, it has a rotating menu! That means there will be three DIFFERENT menus at Farmers Feast throughout the festival. Note that only the food options change — the drinks will remain the same the whole time.
The first menu is called the Early Bloom Menu, and it will be available from March 1st through April 8th. Here’s a look at the food items on this menu:
- Chilled Potato and Leek Soup “Vichyssoise” with bacon lardons, potato croutons, chive oil, and crispy leeks (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly)
- Char-grilled Bison Ribeye with creamy leek fondue, red wine butter sauce, and whipped red wine goat cheese
- Spice Cake with cream cheese icing and candied pecans and parsnip (New)
- Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail featuring Islamorada Brewery & Distillery Hibiscus Gin
- Grilled Swordfish and Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake
From April 9th through May 20th, Farmers Feast will have the Springtime Menu:
- Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta with marinated peppers, zucchini, squash, artichokes, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta
- Grilled Swordfish with crushed fingerling potatoes, pea and mint purée, grilled asparagus, and lemon beurre Blanc (New)
- Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake with crème fraîche whipped cream
- Tomato and Red Onion Panzanella and Sweet Corn Crème Brûlée
And finally, from May 20th through the end of the festival (July 5th is the last day), you can check out the Summer Solstice Menu:
- Tomato and Red Onion Panzanella with avocado, burrata cheese, and fresh basil
- Barbecued Seared Pork Tenderloin with summer succotash, herb butter, and grapefruit vinaigrette (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly)
- Sweet Corn Crème Brûlée with corn biscotti (New)
The whole time, you can grab one (or both!) of the 2 drinks on the menu, which are available during the entire festival:
- Collective Arts Brewing Blueberry & Elderberry Sparkling Hard Tea (New)
- Ghost Mary: Translucent Bloody Mary with Boyd & Blair Cucumber Vodka, tomato water, horseradish, celery salt, and a hint of pepper (New)
Each of these menus has a NEW food item, with the Spice Cake on the Early Bloom menu, the Grilled Swordfish on the Springtime menu, and the Sweet Corn Crème Brûlée on the Summer Solstice menu.
We’ll be checking out the Farmers Feast booth (along with the rest of the food booths) as soon as the festival begins on March 1st, 2023, so stay tuned for a full review of the Early Bloom Menu and be sure to check back for full reviews of the other menus as soon as they open.
