We’re experts at all things Disney and travel, and if there’s anything we’ve learned, it’s that people are picky about their road trip pit stops and gas stations.
Road trip time!
Of course, not necessarily for reasons involving gas. It’s all about the snacks! A fan-favorite gas station that people will travel MILES out of their way for is coming to Central Florida. And the new addition is very fitting, considering this gas station has literally been called “The Disney World of Gas Stations.”
That’s right! Buc-ee’s is coming to Central Florida! WFTV News confirmed that the newest Buc-ee’s location would be Ocala, Florida — about an hour and a half away from Disney World.

While there are already Buc-ee’s locations in Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, the Ocala location will be the first Buc-ee’s off I-75 in Florida. If you’re traveling to The Most Magical Place on Earth on that interstate, you could stop at Buc-ee’s along the way.

Buc-ee’s is popular for its endless variety of snacks, obscure merchandise, an impressive array of gifts (we didn’t expect to find Capri Blue candles in a Buc-ee’s), and a plethora of gas pumps! Oh, not to mention the gigantic bathrooms that are somehow always spotless.

We’re blessed to live in Cypress TX, a suburb of Houston. We are situated between 2 Buccees, less than 15min, either way! We love it!!!! Our favorite snack is the Beaver Nuggets! If you were a fan of Waffaloes Cereal (way back in the 80’s & 90’s), the Nuggets will hit the spot! My kids and I eat them, occasionally, as cereal! They’re the best! It’s comical that my family always buys matching Buccees T-Shirts for the flight to Florida and everyone sticks up on the snacks, to get us through our vacation!!! Can’t wait to visit the new Buccees
