2023 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival
EPCOT’s 2023 Flower & Garden Festival has begun and will run through July 5th, 2023. At the Festival, you’ll be able to find all kinds of delicious eats, unique entertainment, gorgeous topiaries (including some new ones!), and more. But there’s also all kinds of new merchandise at the Festival, and one particular item could be the hardest one to get this year!
Disney had shared a sneak peek of the Flower & Garden Festival merchandise earlier, so we had an idea what would be coming but the response to one particular item has been incredible. If you want an Orange Bird-themed Loungefly Bag, you better cross your fingers!

This backpack has been selling out faster than you can say “Think Sunny Thoughts!”

One Cast member indicated that the bag had started to sell out at Creations Shop before the park even opened to the general public on March 1st — it seems resort guests with the Early Theme Park Entry perk likely got to the bag early! But there were plenty in stock early this morning at The Odyssey…for a while anyway.

Before too long, the supply of this bag was starting to run low at The Odyssey.

The bag could be restocked (provided Disney has some available) in the future. That restock might happen immediately or could be a bit more delayed. If you want to get one of these, be sure to check and see what the situation is like during your visit. Ask Cast Members whether the bag is available in any of the stores in the park (even if they’re “sold out” at a bigger location, like Creations Shop) since Festival merchandise can be found in a few different spots.

And if you don’t find it in the park, don’t totally give up hope. The 2023 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival Orange Bird Collection is set to be released online on shopDisney on March 3rd. So set those alarms and get ready to SHOP.

But wait…there’s MORE. According to one reader who messaged us via Twitter, the Flower & Garden Festival Loungefly backpack themed to Figment has been selling out quickly too so you may want to act fast to get that one as well. We’ll keep an eye out for updates.
