When it comes to deciding where to stay on your Disneyland trip, there are plenty of options!

You could stay at the Pixar Place Hotel (formerly known as the Paradise Pier Hotel) if you want a touch of Pixar in your hotel. The Grand Californian gives you direct access to Disney California Adventure if you want to be really close to the action. Then there’s the Disneyland Hotel which is one of the most iconic Disney hotels — and we’ve got some news about a new addition to this classic resort!

Disney just announced an opening date for the new Disney Vacation Club villas coming to the Disneyland Hotel! On September 28th, 2023, guests will be able to stay in these brand-new rooms. We’ve already seen a sneak peek at the rooms themselves, but Disney shared even MORE artwork.

Here is a look at the lobby which features a huge mural by Lorelay Bové, a Disney artist who worked on The Princess and the Frog and Encanto.

Look at that light fixture in the lobby! It looks like there will be a cozy fireplace and plenty of couches and chairs to lounge in. We even spot a rainbow Mickey statue.

A hotel wouldn’t be complete without a pool, and this mid-century modern pool area will be available to guests at the resort!

If you want to book a room at the new DVC villas, mark down these dates! Disney Vacation Club members can create reservations starting on March 15th, Magic Key Holders can start booking on March 16th, and all guests will have access to reservations on March 17th.
