There’s nothing quite like booking a trip knowing you get to stay in brand-new resort rooms! It just feels extra special.
100th Anniversary Sleeping Beauty Castle
Things are changing over in Disneyland, from the rebranding of Pacific Wharf to San Fransokyo Square to a retheme of the Paradise Pier Hotel. Another change is the NEW DVC Villas building at the Disneyland Hotel! We already got a first look at some of the rooms, but now we know exactly when this resort will be opening its doors to guests.
On September 28, 2023, this new DVC tower at the hotel will officially open! Guests can look forward to staying in completely new duo studios, deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, and grand villas.
The rooms are themed after a variety of Disney films, from classics like The Jungle Book to modern favorites like The Princess and the Frog.

The lobby has a unique feature of its own; inside will be a mural created exclusively for the resort by Disney Animation artist Lorelay Bové, who has worked on Disney films like Tangled as well as Disney books.

If you are looking to book one of the villas, some important dates to know are:
- Wednesday, March 15 – Disney Vacation Club Members can begin to make rental reservations by calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800
- Thursday, March 16 – Disneyland Resort Magic Key holders can start booking rental reservations by contacting (714) 956-6425
- Friday, March 17 – All other guests can make rental reservations online at Disneyland.com/VillasDisneylandHotel or by contacting (714) 956-6425.

Non-DVC members can book these villas, but DVC Members get to book a little earlier, so don’t be surprised if these new spots fill up fast!
