If you are flying to Disney World, chances are you will land at Orlando International Airport. While it’s a popular choice because of how many other cities it connects to, it isn’t quite within walking distance of Disney World (in fact, it’s a decent drive to get to the parks).
With the loss of the free Magical Express and the average price for an Uber to Disney World ranging from $40 to $80 or more, many guests opt for cheaper alternatives. One such option is the Sunshine Flyer and right now they’re making it even more affordable to get to Disney World!
The Sunshine Flyer is a fun, train-themed shuttle bus service that ferries guests between Disney World and the Orlando International Airport. In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, they’re holding a surprise flash sale! They are currently running a sale to celebrate their 12-month birthday by bringing the price of a one-way ticket down to just $12, but for the holiday weekend, you can save an extra 17% on top of that, bringing the price down to just $9.96.
To take advantage of this discount, just use the code LUCKY17 at checkout when buying your Sunshine Flyer tickets. This extra discount can be applied this holiday weekend ONLY to all new tickets booked for dates from now through May 31st, 2023, so even if you aren’t traveling to Disney until later on this spring, you can still save.
Recently the Sunshine Flyer opened a new check-in area at the airport, so if you haven’t been in a few months be on the lookout for the new check-in. The check-in counter is now inside the airport in Terminal B on the ground level. Once you have landed and retrieved your luggage, just make your way there to climb aboard!
