I was happy to see her address the issue with blocking other peoples’ views… this has happened to us so many times.
The only other thing I would add to not do is send one person to hold a spot in line for a large group of people. One or two people catching up to their family doesn’t bother me, but when 5-10+ people cut the line it’s an issue for everyone.
