Disney World is a food lover’s paradise. Across all four parks you’ll find a variety of cuisine to keep you munching from dawn till dusk!
In recent years, Disney has become much more accommodating to those with dietary restrictions, so they too can enjoy the wonderful food the parks have to offer. This includes many plant-based dishes!
Magic Kingdom is probably the most popular park in Disney World, and if you’re taking a vacation to the resort, you’ll most likely spend a day or two here. While Magic Kingdom isn’t exactly known for their food, they do have many different spots to try out, and you can find lots of iconic park treats here. These days there are many more options for those with dietary restrictions than there used to be! Disney has committed to broadening its menus to include items for those who eat gluten free, dairy free, and plant-based.
While you can check menus on your My Disney Experience App to find snacks and dishes that fit your diet, it can help you gain peace of mind to do a little bit of research ahead of time. Here, we’re going over all of the food carts, quick service locations, and table-service restaurants in Magic Kingdom that have plant-based items!

Thanks for making this! I’m just dairy-free, so I always double-check the allergen menus for other options I can enjoy, but this is a great place to start, especially for desserts!

Very useful list. It’s a bit confusing that the Cheshire Cat tail is pictured here. Disney don’t list it as plant based, and it isn’t mentioned in the article either – only pictured.
