The 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts may have come and gone, but that doesn’t mean we have to wait until next year to enjoy some pieces from some of our favorite Disney artists.
This year, artist Joey Chou returned to the Festival of the Arts with some colorful artwork that added brightness and a touch of whimsy to an already fun, Figment-filled Odyssey building. And now, his work has found its way to a NEW set of pieces — and this time, you can pick them up in Disney Springs!
If you love Magic Kingdom and the vibrant art of Joey Chou, we have the collection for you! These new pieces that we found in World of Disney in Disney Springs are colorful and fun, and they feature some of our favorite locations from the park — Frontierland, Adventureland, Tomorrowland, and Fantasyland.
First, we found this Fantasyland Spirit Jersey that has some of the most classic park icons. Dumbo, the Cheshire Cat, and teacups are on the front…
…and “Walt Disney World” is written in puffy ink on the back, above Cinderella Castle.
You’ll find Mickey and Minnie in a teacup in front of the Castle, next to “it’s a small world.” Even Tinker Bell is Pixie Dusting the scene!
Next, we found a Magic Kingdom button-down shirt that has some fun park icons as well.
The Partners Statue, Stitch on Space Mountain, and Mickey on the Walt Disney World Railroad are three of the features you’ll find on this whimsical print.
If you’re looking for something a little cozier, these pants look comfy AND cute!
They have some of the same icons from the previous shirt but over a purple background instead of blue.
We also noticed a new baseball tee that features Adventureland!
Enchanted Tiki Room and Jungle Cruise are featured on the front of this three-quarter-sleeve shirt. We might need to sport this next time we head to Adventureland.
There were also a few new items to add to your home collection as well. First, we saw this set of plates that star four major areas of the park — Fantasyland, Frontierland, Tomorrowland, and Adventureland. First, Mickey rides Space Mountain on the Tomorrowland plate…
…rides Jungle Cruise on the Adventureland plate…
…and waves hello on the Frontierland plate.
There was also a matching set of bowls that feature the main areas of the park…
…and a serving tray that highlighted the whole park!
How many icons can you spot? We also found a sipper with a similar design, that features Cinderella Castle in the top dome…
…and a pitcher that illustrates fireworks over all of the same park icons.
There’s also a fun lantern that, when lit from inside, will project fireworks!
That would make for a cute addition to a Disney patio setup. And in case you want to add some Disney style to your next trip to the park, this picnic blanket is a perfect way to do so!
Lastly, you’ll be prepared for a day at your Disney hotel pool with this Magic Kingdom towel.
There you have it! A full line of fun. colorful merch for those of us that love Magic Kingdom and are missing Festival of the Arts. We’ll keep an eye out for more Disney news, so stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more!
