Disney’s Hollywood Studios is where the magic of the movies comes to life at Disney World.

We get to be in the parks every day at Disney World so we get to see what’s new and we’re here to bring it to you. We report to you all the latest Disney news like Fantasmic changing its showtimes or a new popcorn bucket spotted, so let’s take a look at what’s new in Hollywood Studios!

Hollywood Studios Construction Updates

We’ve been keeping our eyes peeled on this construction at the exit of Toy Story Mania for a while. Now, it looks like some paint has been added to the exterior. There is still no word on what this building will become once complete. As we hear more information, we will let you know!

They had also drained more of Echo Lake when we stopped by! Chances are this is for maintenance, but Disney has yet to confirm anything officially. This could also be due to flooding issues that happen at the park when heavy rain is expected, but we’ll be sure to keep an eye out for updates.

We noticed on our most recent trips to Hollywood Studios that Municiberg City Block was closed off.

We aren’t sure exactly why it has been closed but we’re keeping an eye and an ear out for any updates.
