We’re wrapping up Spring Break season, not even into summer yet, but Disney World is already thinking about the HOLIDAYS.
That’s right! Not only is Disney celebrating Halfway to Halloween right now, but the company is also prepping for Halloween and Christmas events in the parks. How so? Well, we found a fun little hint to what we can expect for Halloween a few days ago…and now we’ve got one for Christmas as well.
On the Disney Auditions website, there’s currently a listing for parade performers. Which parade? Why it’s for both Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade!
The posting lists instructions for the audition process and also notes that the performers should be available from June 2023 through January 2024. That would be a commitment for the rehearsal season before the holidays, the Halloween season that’s usually August-October, and the Christmas season that’s usually November-December.
These two parades are prominently featured during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, but neither party is specifically mentioned in the audition post.
We’ll have to wait until we get official confirmation about the parties returning, but for now, we at least know that the parades will be back! We can’t wait to check them out later this year and see all the talented performers in action. If you want to audition for the parades, you’ll need to hurry — the deadline for submissions is April 18th!
