Walt Disney World Annual Pass
Well, almost! Disney World recently announced that Annual Passes would be going on sale — this is the first time in a long time that visitors will have the option to purchase any pass. Annual Pass sales were originally paused after the COVID-19 park closures in 2020 and after resuming sales in September 2021, they were paused again in November 2021 for most pass types. Now we know EXACTLY when you can buy that new Annual Pass!
Disney recently announced that all Incredi-Pass, Sorcerer Pass, and Pirate Pass would resume sales on April 20th. The Pixie Pass is already available for Florida residents to purchase and will continue to be on sale.

If you’re planning to buy a pass you’ll want to set your alarms EARLY — Disney just added an update to their website that notes “new sales can be purchased online no earlier than 6AM Eastern Time.”

Since Disney World Annual Passes have limited quantity, you will want to be ready to go around 6AM when the passes are on sale again. There is a chance that they could sell out, so it’s better to wake up early and increase your chances of buying a pass.
Disney also mentioned that the online purchase strategy may include a waiting room like it did the last time Annual Passes went on sale.

Annual Pass prices were raised in November 2022, and those prices will remain the same when Annual Passes go on sale on April 20th. Here are the prices for each pass and who can purchase them:
- Disney Incredi-Pass:Â $1,399 (All visitors)
- Disney Sorcerer Pass:Â $969 (Eligible DVC Members and Florida residents only)
- Disney Pirate Pass:Â $749 (Florida residents only)
- Disney Pixie Pass:Â $399 (Florida residents only)

Can you just go to Disney Springs to buy a pass like before the pandemic?
I was in the waiting area for 3 1/2 hours for annual passes! Thank goodness, I finally got them!
Hi April! It will start on the first day you use it, after your other pass has expired. If you buy it today and don’t use it until June, it will start on that day in June.
