Can you believe we’re less than 6 months away from Halloween?
Disney adores celebrating Halloween in big ways, and we know that Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is returning again this year. Tickets are on sale right now for the event, but tomorrow you’ll want to remember to make your other important reservation!
During the party, there are lots of fun themed snacks you can grab, but many of the restaurants are closed. If you’re looking to eat a full meal during the party, you’ll need to make a dining reservation, which opens up tomorrow! Just like with regular Advance Dining Reservations, these can be made beginning 60 days before the date you plan on visiting — so keep that in mind.
UPDATE: Disney updated the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party website, and the new information reveals that dining reservations for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are actually opening LATER, on July 18th. The only table-service restaurants available during the party will be Be Our Guest Restaurant and Cinderella’s Royal Table.
Keep in mind that a dining reservation will take valuable park time away from the rest of the party, but if having a full meal is important to you and your group, you’ll want to make yours sooner rather than later tomorrow, because they do book up fast. If you need a guide to making your dining reservation, we’ve got one for you here!
Before booking your reservation, you’ll already need to have a ticket purchased for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, so be sure you buy that ticket today to be all set for tomorrow.

Elizabeth says
I thought reservations were 60 days out. Can you make them for all of the parties today? That is what your article sounds like?
DFB Gigi says
Hi Elizabeth! This was just a reminder for those that have a party ticket for August 11th. Each day new days will open from this date forward for those who have MNSSHP tickets.
Kelvin says
Is it something special For dinning, halloween theme or just regular menu?
Sarah says
Hi! I don’t see any reservations available after 5:30 PM during the nights of MNSSHP (and all between 3:00-5:30 PM are booked solid since before 6 AM this morning). We have tickets for the event but not a park reservation… how are you supposed to make dining reservations for during the party?
DFB Gigi says
Hi Sarah, we don’t have any word on if any of the table service restaurants will be open past 5:55pm, but keep in mind that you can enter at 4pm so when we say to grab those reservations, we are talking about the ones between 4pm and 5:55pm. The same will go for quick service restaurants because they’ll start closing early and if you’re looking for a full meal, the options will be few and far between with most locations only offering special Halloween themed snacks. If you’re wanting a full sit-down meal, you’ll want to go early.
Mary says
Our last trip day will be 9/22 and I was hoping to have dinner in MK at 6:00. My kids are a little too young for the Halloween party and have early bedtime. Will we be able to eat at Tony’s that night even if we don’t have tickets to the party? We would be entering the park at 5:00 before it closes.
DFB Gigi says
Hi Mary! You’ll need to make a reservation at Tony’s Town Square as it is a table service restaurant. Some restaurants are closing as early as 5:30pm on Halloween party nights, however.
Julie says
If we have MK park tickets but NOT Halloween party tickets, can we book a dinner reservation at the castle for 5:30pm? Then just leave the park when dinner is done? Or do we need Halloween party tickets since we will be in the park after the 6 pm day-use closing time?
DFB Gigi says
Hi Julie! If you’re able to get a 5:30pm dining reservation, you’ll be able to have dinner and then you will have to exit the park afterwards because Cast Members will be checking everyone for wristbands.
