There’s nothing quite like Disney World during the holidays, and this year is shaping up to be like nothing we’ve ever seen before!

Disney’s Jollywood Nights is a new, separately ticketed event that will take place from 8:30PM to 12:30AM on ten select nights from November 11th through December 20th, 2023. It will be full of food, entertainment, and lots of character meet and greets! Not only that, but there will be exclusive events within this exclusive event — don’t worry, we can explain.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Disney World party without special snacks, characters, shows, merchandise, entertainment, and more, and there are not one — but two special entertainment experiences happening during Jollywood Nights.

Disney shared that guests will “Encounter glitz and glamor galore at two limited-capacity entertainment experiences – a jazz lounge at The Hollywood Brown Derby and an other-worldly soiree at The Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard.” Um, sounds like our dreams come true — but what does it all mean?

First, the Hollywood Brown Derby would be transforming into a jazz lounge — that much we know. But, we also learned a bit more about this new experience at a media preview hosted by Disney. The jazz lounge at the Hollywood Brown Derby will be a singalong piano bar with live music. Songs from the 20s through the 50s will be featured during this swinging, speakeasy-inspired party.

And, over at the Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard, this “other-worldly soiree” is set to be complete with a ghostly band. The idea here is that Disney has recreated the Tip Top Club from the Tower of Terror lore. You’ll also be able to indulge in custom food!

So, just how limited-capacity will these events be? We’re not quite sure, as Disney is keeping the details secret for now. Given that Jollywood Nights is an exclusive event in and of itself, both these experiences are sure to be even more popular and potentially difficult to get into. Disney has yet to share how it plans on admitting people to these experiences, but we’ll be keeping an eye out and will let you know as soon as we hear something.
Plus, Disney has officially revealed that a sing-along themed to Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas will be offered during Jollywood Nights at the Hyperion Theater in Hollywood Studios!

Jollywood Nights is a separately ticketed event that’ll run on select nights from November 11th through December 20th, 2023. Tickets range in price from $159-$179 per person and will go on sale on July 6th for all guests (but some guests — those at Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels, and Shades of Green get early access starting June 29th).

Don’t forget that Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will still take place on select nights in Magic Kingdom. If you hoped to see that classic Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party may be the event for you. But, if you’re intrigued by this NEW holiday offering, make sure to check the calendar and grab those tickets! Ugh I am STRESSED over the Tower part of the party being “exclusive” beyond the ticket needed for the event 😭
I haven’t seen that mentioned anywhere else – nor on the Disney event page – and I’m on the fence about booking a trip just for the party, but don’t want to go through the hassle and thousands of dollars to get there if it’s going to be an extremely limited, impossible to get into exclusive offering at the party.
Tower is my absolute favorite and I’m feeling unnecessarily emotional over this 😂😂 I hope there’s more info before the tickets go on sale!
