We’ve got some exciting Disney snacks and treats coming to us soon!
Disneyland and Disney California Adventure have lots of big projects to get excited about, including new villas at the Disneyland Hotel, the ongoing construction of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, the Tiana’s Palace restaurant, and more! Now, we’re getting a first look at limited-time treats and snacks that will accompany a new attraction.
Disney recently took to Instagram to unveil their new series of treats, and this time they’re MARVEL-ous! (See what we did there? Yes, we know it’s cheesy 😂.) With Rogers: The Musical coming soon to Disney California Adventure, it makes sense that we would have some tasty options to celebrate. Let’s take a look at what Disney has planned!
Disney announced that all of these treats will be available when “Rogers: The Musical” launches for a limited time on June 30th.
To start us out, Disney introduced the Red, White & Blue Shake. It’s a vanilla shake with wild cherry and blue raspberry slushes and whipped topping. It’ll be available at Schmoozies!
How about that Patriotic Punch? This is made of Sprite and white cranberry juice with blue raspberry and cherry syrups, topped with whipped cream. You’ll be able to grab this one at Hollywood Lounge.
If you’re looking to pick up a Pastrami Pretzel Dog you can order one at Award Wieners. This snack is an all-beef hot dog topped with pastrami, whole-grain mustard, provolone, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing — YUM!
There’s also the Shawarm-izza at Shawarma Palace. This snack consists of Italian sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, and pepperoncini in a garlic-parmesan wrap with marinara dipping sauce.
OOH! Now we’re getting to a decadent dessert! Like an Apple Pizza Pie will be found at Terran Treats. It’ll be made of cinnamon-sugar fried pizza crust topped with apple and cranberry filling, streusel, and cream cheese frosting.
Vending carts throughout the park are where you’ll find a Cap’n Everything Dog! It’s a hot link wrapped in pizza dough topped with everything bagel seasoning and served with a side of mustard cheese sauce and potato chips.
If you’re looking for a more portable snack, look for the Kettle Corn. This will come in red, white, and blue coated caramel corn at several of the outdoor vending carts.
And then there’s the Musical Popcorn Bucket! Purchasing the souvenir bucket will include the patriotic coated Kettle Corn and you’ll be able to snag this one at Seasonal Snacks and outdoor vending carts.
If we weren’t already excited for the upcoming show to Disney California Adventure this is certainly the thing that can get us even more in the spirit! In fact, we could probably “eat these all day,” but we’ll have to hurry. These treats and snacks will only be around for a limited time starting June 30th, 2023.
We’ll be in the parks tasting a few of them on opening day when they become available, so for the latest in Disney food news though, stay tuned with us at DFB!
