Sometimes, people just luck out in life. You know the ones. Maybe they received a small loan of a million dollars just to get a head start, or perhaps they were born to inherit a gemstone mine — random, totally hypothetical situations like that.
But sometimes, it isn’t a person that’s born into luck — it’s an animal. And believe us when we tell you that we think we may have found the biggest nepo baby in all of Disney World.
This is one nepo baby we’re certainly not mad at — a brand new Shetland pony has been born at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort!
She’s not even a week old and her future is already more secure than ours. Not only does this pony get to live in Disney World, she will eventually grow up to be one of the horses responsible for pulling Cinderella’s Coach. We told you we weren’t kidding about this pony seriously lucking out. Her white coat is what makes her a Cinderella pony (and if you ask us, also rather majestic.)
Until she’s older, you can find her hanging out in the pasture with her mom, Lady. Dr. Mark Penning, Vice President of Disney Animals, Science, & Environment shared that births like this are possible thanks to the team over at Fort Wilderness and Tri-Circle-D Ranch.
Disney also just welcomed two new baby cotton-top tamarins at Animal Kingdom, so if you’re looking to check out some seriously adorable animals, be sure to keep these guys in mind. And if you need us, we’ll just be over here wishing we had been born a Cinderella pony in Disney World.
We’ll be on the lookout for more animal news from around Disney World, so stay tuned to DFB for the latest!

My family and I are going this September and my goal on our non-park day is to hit up Tri-Circle-D Ranch to see the horses. Any insight on visiting would be much appreciated! Is there by any chance a Youtube video on your channel with details? Trying watch and rewatch all the DFB guide vids to prepare!
Thanks!!
