Andrea says
To get the discount in the park, do you need to present the physical care, or will having it as the payment method attached to a Magic Band automatically apply it?
Jeff says
Hi Andrea – my experience has been that a Magicband by itself is not sufficient since it does not show what credit card is attached to your resort account. I have shown either my physical card or the card already loaded in my Apple wallet (for Apple Pay). The CM at the register will apply the discount after seeing the card.
Ken says
Is the Visa discount on you stay and purchases total or is it a straight reduction in the room rate, fixed price, and not after you swipe the card…. I am confused
Dottyanna says
Thank you for this great information! Can you tell us how we can check the times for the two character meet and greets? I don’t think they are on MDE, so how can you find out when characters are available? Thanks so much for any guidance you can provide!
DFB Gigi says
Hi Dottyanna! The fine print says: “Operating times, days of the week, locations and appearance of Characters (digitally or physically, as applicable) may vary and are subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice.” I would just ask at the locations the day you’re there.
