Mexico Booth Items 2022
This is our favorite event of the year in Disney World, and we cannot WAIT to taste all the delicious eats at the food booths throughout the park. There are a bunch of new menu items coming in 2023, but it looks like Disney is STILL making some last-minute changes to the plans. One of the new menu items previously announced has been scrapped!
Lots of food booths pop up around EPCOT for this event, but some year-round snack locations also serve festival-specific items. One of those places is Refreshment Port.
Refreshment Port previously had a NEW Cinnamon-Sugar Beaver Tail listed on the menu, but now that item has been removed.

Instead, there will be Braised Beef Poutine (which was on the menu before as well) and Traditional Poutine — French Fries with Beef Gravy, Cheese Curds, and Crumbled Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs. Note that Refreshment Port typically serves Traditional Poutine year-round, so it seems like Disney is just keeping that on the menu and counting it as a festival item.

The Braised Beef Poutine (French Fries with Braised Beef, Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese Sauce, Cheese Curds, Crumbled Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs) has been one of our favorite snacks at the Food & Wine Festival in years past, so we’re glad to see that at least that dish is safe.

That’s sad I was looking forward to the beavertail.
Disappointing. The poutine isn’t great most of the time. I got good poutine once and every now and then I get the courage to try again but most times the fries are just ok, curds are too cold and whatever the topping I choose is, is where the flavor is. So many fast food places make better fries, it’s a shame.
