Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is finally here for the fall season in Magic Kingdom, ushering in an exclusive “Boo to You” parade, frightening fireworks, and even rare character meet and greets to mark the occasion. All of that sounds like a blast right?, but what we’re really interested in is the FOOD!
If you need a break from trick-or-treating around the park during the Halloween party (which is free), there are also some exclusive snacks and treats that are only available for purchase during the event and won’t be sold any other time throughout the day. Come with us to try one of those special treats!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a seasonal Magic Kingdom event requiring a separate ticket for entry. In 2023, the event will take place on select nights from August 11th through November 1st. Although there are some Halloween treats available all day long in Magic Kingdom, others only come out for the party.

Right now, we’re heading to Sunshine Tree Terrace to try out the Tropical Graveyard!
The Tropical Graveyard is made with mango mousse and sour tropical gelatin topped with cookie crumbles, gummy worms, sprinkles, and a tombstone chocolate piece and costs $5.99. This was very fruity and really reminded us of summer! So if you’re NOT ready to let go of summertime and fully embrace spooky season, you should definitely get this treat.
We loved these flavors since it is still so hot outside during the first few parties.
The cookie crumbs on the top and bottom gave it some nice texture and we appreciated the layering. The mango mousse is very light and just has a slight mango flavor, so if you are looking for a lot of strong mango flavor, it’s not here.
The sour gelatin was the strongest flavor in this treat. It did have hints of passion fruit flavors as well. Our biggest complaint is that it is on the smaller side of treats for $6.
There’s more where that treat came from, though! Make sure to check out ALL of the treats available at the party before you go.

Don’t want to pay extra for treats at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party? Don’t worry — you can skip the restaurants and just trick-or-treat around the park instead. The candy is your typical Halloween goodies, but hey — it’s all sugar, right?
