There are all sorts of secrets hidden around Disney World!
There are what we like to call hidden gem snacks, hidden gem hotels, and even hidden gem bathrooms. These things aren’t actually hidden, or even necessarily a secret, but they are lesser-known, lesser-used, and all-around underrated. Let’s talk about a few of them!
These six “secret” entrances and walkways can seriously come in handy if you’re trying to take the road less traveled and avoid the crowds, or get to where ya need to go just a little faster.Â
International Gateway at EPCOT
The International Gateway entrance at EPCOT isn’t really a secret, but folks forget that they don’t HAVE to scan in at the main entrance of the park. If you’re staying at a Skyliner resort, take the Skyliner to EPCOT and walk in.
If you’re staying elsewhere, you can take the bus to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn or Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort and then walk to short distance to EPCOT.
Hidden Entrance at Beach Club
There’s a hidden door accessible to Beach Club hotel guests that’s the CLOSEST hotel door to EPCOT out of any Disney World hotel.
It could also save you a bit of a wet walk in the rain if there’s bad weather! You can find it by taking a little unassuming path on the back side of the hotel that will lead you to the door.
Note that you WILL need your room key for this one!
Path from Saratoga Springs to Disney Springs
If you’re staying at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, there’s a pathway that you can take to Disney Springs!
It’s super close by, and it’s nice that you don’t even need to drive or take a bus to get to all the dining and shopping your heart desires! Start at Congress Park and follow the signs to the path to Disney Springs. It’s a short walk and there’s even a cute pedestrian bridge that’s amazing for photos.
Galaxy’s Edge Path to Toy Story Land
In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there’s a back entrance to Galaxy’s Edge and Toy Story Land that connects the lands together. There’s hardly anyone back here and it is most definitely faster to get to one land from the other.
It’s also just a nice place to chill out if you’re seeking solace from the crowds.
Path Connecting Harambe Village to Pandora
Similar to the aforementioned path at Hollywood Studios is the path that connects Harambe Village to Pandora in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
It’s an easy way to get back and forth without the long typical trek back to the front of the park. You’ll just turn left and take a bridge to get to Africa!
Wishing Well Path to Tomorrowland
In Magic Kingdom, you can take a left at the back of Cinderella Castle in Fantasyland and find the path that passes the Wishing Well to get to Tomorrowland.
There’s rarely anyone back here with the exception of overflow from the meet and greets in Fairytale Garden. It’s a great place for photos as well as a faster way to Tomorrowland from certain locations in Fantasyland.

We like the path from near the entrance to TRON over to New Fantasyland between the railroad and Barnstormer. They also sometimes open the paths that go behind Main Street on both sides – one between The Plaza and Tomorrowland Terrace that comes out next to Tony’s, and the other between the bathrooms and First Aid center behind Casey’s that comes out next to the fire station. These are very handy during and right after fireworks, during parades and other events that clog up Main Street.
