None of us are ever truly ready to leave Walt Disney World once our magical park day comes to a close, and soon you won’t have to leave quite as early as normal.
EPCOT is extending its hours for the 2023 Festival of the Holidays!
We noticed a sneaky little change when reviewing EPCOT’s park hours during the Festival of the Holidays, which runs from November 24th through December 30th. Rather than showing the normal closing time of 9PM, starting on November 24th, EPCOT is seeing a closing time of 9:30PM.
This may not seem like much, given that it’s only an additional 30 minutes in the park, but Disney parkgoers know that a lot can be accomplished in just 30 additional minutes.
If the menus of the 2022 Festival of the Holidays are anything to go off of, then we’re in for a lot of exciting and tasty treats. This festival also brings some fun holiday-themed entertainment to the park. With so much to eat and do, Disney is providing its guests the opportunity to enjoy even more of the festivities before heading home.
During the festival, guests can celebrate the holidays with traditions from a variety of cultures. There will be Holiday Kitchen booths like Las Posadas (Mexico), Shi Wasu (Japan), Tuscany (Italy), and more! This event includes food, decor, entertainment, and plenty of other holiday merriments you won’t want to miss.
Whether you spend those last 30 minutes grabbing a last-minute sweet from one of the Holiday Kitchens or leisurely strolling through some of the beautiful decor, be sure to remember to make every second count and absorb the magic of this year’s Festival of the Holidays.
We will continue to monitor any further changes coming to EPCOT this Holiday season so you can be prepared and plan ahead! Don’t forget to check out the other festivities happening this holiday season, such as the return of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!
Keep checking back as we update you with all the NEW things coming to EPCOT’s 2023 Festival of the Holidays!

Where do you see or find the calendar for December. I can only find a calendar thru Nov 20
Dottyanna says
I agree, Melissa! That would be good to know!

Hey Melissa!
Sometimes the actual desktop site won’t go as far as the Mobile App. For example, as of today, if you head over to the My Disney Experience App on your phone and select EPCOT and then “All Hours” then you should be able to see all the way to December 1st! Whereas on the desktop website at the moment, you can only see to November 21st.
