Dining in Disney is one of our favorite things (obviously, that’s our whole job)!
There are tons of wonderful restaurants to experience around Disney World, Disneyland, and beyond. If you love Disney food as much as we do, then you’re probably just as excited as we are about the new restaurants Disney has announced. Let’s do a quick recap and run through them all!
Disney World
Pirates Lounge
Starting in Disney World, Disney just announced at the Destination D23 event that a new Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge is coming to Magic Kingdom!
The new lounge will be located inAdventureland, where guests of all ages can experience the magic. The tavern will also expand the story of Pirates of the Caribbean and mark the return of the Barker Bird — an animatronic that used to be at the entrance to the ride. That’s all we know about this new tavern, but we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled.
EET by Maneet Chauhan
Also coming to Disney World is EET by Maneet Chauhan in Disney Springs. Maneet is an acclaimed James Beard Award-winning chef and Food Network Star, and she’s partnered with her husband, Vivek Deora, an international hospitality entrepreneur.
You can expect to find Indian cuisine at this restaurant, brought to life in a “modern, fun Indian-inspired concept.” We still don’t have an opening date for this restaurant, other than that it will be later in 2023.

Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs
You also won’t want to miss Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs coming to Disney’s BoardWalk! This is already a popular restaurant over at Disneyland Resort, but now it’s joining the East Coast party.
This spot will serve unique, hand-dipped corn dogs, and we can’t wait. While that may sound boring, we assure you that the ones we’ve seen over in Disneyland are far from it. If they bring that same energy to this new location, we’ll be in for a treat.
Disney Cruise Line
Disney Treasure
Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Disney Treasure, will set sail in 2024 and has SIX new restaurants on board!
- Plaza del Coco
- Jumbeaux’s Sweets
- Periscope Pub
- Jade Cricket Café
- Heihei Café
- Skipper Society
We’ve already started seeing concept art for some of these new dining locations, and we can’t wait to experience them in person. To learn more about each of the new restaurants, we’ve got a whole post talking about all the dining you’ll find on board the Disney Treasure!
Hong Kong Disneyland
World of Frozen
We finally have an opening date for World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland! This new section of the park will open on November 20th, and inside it will be a new restaurant called the Golden Crocus Inn.
We don’t know much about this location just yet, but we do know that “delicious and diverse cuisine.” We can’t wait to hear more about it as we get closer to opening day.
