Now, Disney is helping us get ready for our upcoming stays in a fun new way — right in the My Disney Experience app!
Starting today, guests with an upcoming hotel stay can find the new Disney X Citizen Countdown Clock right in the app.

The countdown clock will be accessible to all Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort guests with a hotel reservation. To find it, first navigate to the home screen of your My Disney Experience app.

Scroll down to locate your upcoming resort reservation on that screen.

When you click on that reservation, the clock should appear at the top of your screen!

I can’t see anything like your My Reservations tab option on My Disney Experience. Is it only on the mobile app? I do most of my DIsney planning on a laptop. Can you demonstrate a step by step how to go from My Disney Experience to this page with a countdown?
