Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs is in its ELEMENT during the entire month of October. For one thing, it’s Halloween season, and Halloween and Gideon’s Bakehouse go together like milk and cookies. But October is also the official birthday month of Gideon’s Bakehouse. Happy birthday, Gideon’s!

So, what can we all do to celebrate October in Disney Springs this month? Well, the fall menu has ARRIVED at Gideon’s Bakehouse, and we’re SUPER excited to see some returning favorites back this year.
Behold: the 2023 October Gideon’s lineup! Serious Gideon’s Bakehouse fans may recognize some of these menu items — see anything that looks familiar?
The Frankenstein cookie is BACK! As a reminder, this amazing creation consists of various chocolates, Double Stuff Oreos, and M&M’s. This is a fan favorite for a reason, people. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

That’s not all, though! The Bride of Frankenstein cookie is returning, too. This version is almost the same as the other Frankenstein cookie, but this one features white chocolate, Golden Oreos, and M&M’s! Which one would you choose?

Additionally, the French Toast Cold Brew is back for both October AND November! This one is described as the perfect mix of coffee and French toast breakfast wrapped in one! When we tried it in 2022, we thought it had a great flavor that wasn’t overly sweet.

We’re SO happy to see these three menu items returning to Disney Springs. Now, the hardest part will be deciding which cookie we try first. Decisions, decisions! In the meantime, we’re always on the lookout for the latest Disney news, so stay tuned for more.

Might be nice IF we could even get near the place….the last 3 yrs i have been going to Downtown Disney and at least 6 attempts to get something ….BUT the lines are down the walkways…..Might be good idea of they at least opened a kiosk also to be able to buy….BUT otherwise no Gideons for me looks like….
There’s a second location in the East End Market if you have a way to get there. I recommend going over there because there’s hardly ever a wait. The last time I drove over there I only waited about 5 minutes before I had half a dozen cookies boxed up and ready to go. You can also order whole cakes from that location if you order in advance. The address is 3201 Corrine Dr, Orlando, FL 32803 if you ever want to check it out.
