Disney is opening a highly anticipated new part of Hong Kong Disneyland in November — World of Frozen!
There is so much we can expect to see and do in this new land, and we’re eagerly soaking up every bit of information Disney gives us about the new land before it opens. Here’s everything you can expect to experience in Disney’s new Frozen land!
We know that this new land will be split into two areas: Arendelle Village and Arendelle Forest. Since the village is where most of the citizens live, this is where you’ll find Frozen Ever After (the ride), Tick Tock Toys & Collectibles (a new store), Golden Crocus Inn, and Northern Delights (two dining spots). Plus, you’ll get to visit Arendelle Castle, Friendship Fountain, Clock Tower Square, and the North Mountain (including Elsa’s ice castle)!
To get from the village to the forest, you’ll travel over the King Agnarr Bridge (named after Elsa and Anna’s father). In the forest, you’ll find Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs (a new ride), Playhouse in the Woods (a unique theatrical experience featuring singing, projection-mapped content, special effects, and sensory elements), Forest Fare (a new restaurant), and Traveling Traders (a shopping spot).
Let’s break down these new restaurants a little bit more:
- Golden Crocus Inn — A hearty, quick service meal with nautical theming. The menu will feature offerings inspired by Norwegian comfort foods.
- Northern Delights — This is your stop for desserts, packaged gift confectionery, and cooking goods.
- Forest Fare — A food stand with churros, cookies, shaved ice, and more.
And how about that shopping! Here’s what you can expect:
- Tick Tock Toys & Collectibles — This is a “centuries-old shop” that has everything from Olaf-themed headbands to Nordic-inspired sweaters. Send mail to your friends back home at the “Royal Post of Arendelle” next door!
- Traveling Traders — Here you can grab small gifts like keychains, shoulder plushes, headbands, and more at this pop-up shop.
But that’s not all! You can expect to meet Anna, Elsa, and Olaf at the Playhouse in the Woods. Plus, you can meet Anna, Elsa, Oaken, and Kristoff throughout the land as well.
As you can see, there’s so much to explore in this new land, and we can’t wait for it to officially open on November 20th. Be sure to stay tuned to DFB for all the latest Disney news!
