Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is almost here!
The holiday festivities start in Magic Kingdom on November 9th, which is only a few days away. If you’re attending the party this year, there are a few very important things you need to know!
Disney has released the times for the parade, shows, and fireworks that will take place during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this year.
During the party, there’s a Frozen-themed show at Cinderella Castle, a Christmastime parade, holiday fireworks, and a “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration” show, also at Cinderella Castle. Here’s a look at the times for each of these events:
- Frozen Holiday Surprise: 8:15PM (Note that there is also a showing of Frozen Holiday Surprise at 6:15PM, which is before the party begins. The 6:15 showing is open to all guests at Magic Kingdom, not just those with a Very Merry Christmas Party ticket.)
- Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade: 8:30PM and 11PM
- Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks: 10PM
- Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration: 7:40PM, 9:25PM, 10:35PM, 11:55PM
- Reindeer Wranglers:Â 7:15PM, 8:05PM, 9:30PM, 11:40PM
- Club Tinsel:Â Intermittently 7PM to 12AM
- Disney Junior Jingle Jam:Â 7PM to 12AM
Double-check these times when you visit (on the party map that you can find at the entrance to the park), just in case Disney decides to switch them up for some reason!
These aren’t the only things to do at the party, though. Guests can also get their holiday groove on at dance parties like Club Tinsel, and Disney Junior Jingle Jam.
Access to certain Magic Kingdom attractions (some with holiday overlays!) and photo opportunities with characters in their finest holiday garb are also included.
And be sure to stop by all of the tasty cookie and cocoa spots offering complimentary snacks and drinks to enjoy throughout the party. There are lots of other festive treats coming to the party as well!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party officially begins at 7PM and ends at midnight; however, Party guests can enter the Magic Kingdom at 4PM.

Are you going to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom? Let us know in the comments.
Jen E says
We’re going to MVMCP in 16 days! Question: since we’re not going to the Parks that day, when we check in at MK, will they know we’re there for a party? Or do we check in somewhere other than the main gates?
DFB Gigi says
Hi Jen! If you’re going to MK that morning and just staying through the party, there will be CMs shouting about getting a wristband around 3-4pm. Follow them, go to where they’re directing you and you’ll get a wristband for the party and can go on about your day without having to go back to the front of the park.
Tammy Campbell says
Jen if you aren’t going to the park that day, the CMs will be right before you enter under the train station handing out wristbands.
Margaret Gordon says
We are very disappointed to see that Totally Tomorrowland Christmas is being replaced by a dance party. The stage show was a charming and amusing entertainment, and we can’t see a dance party as being in any way a good substitute. Probably cheaper to do…
